Ministry Through Education
Our Lady of Grace+Holy Rosary Regional School attempts to build a collaborative atmosphere that includes principal, pastors of the regionalization, teachers, staff, parishioners and parents who work together to create a close knit extended family. We are a Christian Community whose entire purpose and foundation are rooted in Christ and His Gospel. It is from the Gospel message of Christ that our total philosophy of education emanates. We believe that the act of educating is a sacred endeavor. We are committed to social justice and sensitive to the issues of justice, peace and freedom for all individuals.
Administration, teachers, staff and parents all join to ensure that every child develops skills to make a smooth transition from one phase of learning to the next. It is this commitment that works to maximize the abilities and potential of each individual child at Our Lady of Grace+Holy Rosary Regional School.
Catechists for Religious Education Grades, PreSchool through Junior High sharing of faith and proclaiming the Good News of Jesus to aid in the spiritual development of our parish children. Requirements: A love of children, follow curriculum varying with grade level, attendance at Catechist Meetings. Sunday mornings 10:00 AM 11:15 AM or Monday evenings 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM, September to May.
Volunteer Tasks
Clerical Assistant, Typist, Music Aide, Arts & Crafts Person, Substitute Teacher, Hall Monitor, Video Photographer. Each of these tasks helps improve and maintain the Religious Education Program for our children. Hours flexible.
